I was looking for a cookbook to spice up my grilling skills when I came across the Dinosaur Bar-B-Que Roadhouse Cookbook. I’d heard of it before, but I didn’t know anything about it. After doing some research, I was sold.

This cookbook was written by John Stage, the executive chef and founder of Dinosaur Bar-B-Que, with over 30 years of experience in the restaurant business. The book contains over 100 recipes for meats, marinades, rubs and sauces — all with a Southern flair.

I decided to try one of the recipes right away: Mango Habanero Ribs. It sounded like an exciting combination that I hadn’t tried before. The recipe was easy to follow and only took me about 20 minutes to prepare.

The ribs turned out amazing! They were tender and juicy on the inside, with a delicious sweet and spicy flavor on the outside. I could hardly believe how well they tasted.
