What I don’t Like

1. Limited Variety: Six Seasons features recipes for vegetables found in the United States, so those looking for dishes using more exotic ingredients may be disappointed. 2. Complexity: Some of the recipes are complex and require multiple steps, making them challenging to recreate in a home kitchen. 3. Costly Ingredients: Many of the ingredients used in these recipes can be hard to find and/or expensive. 4. Time Commitment: Several of the recipes take longer than an hour to complete, making them less ideal for busy weeknights.
