My Experience for All Summers End

Ray Cooley

It was the summer after my high school graduation and I was feeling both scared and excited about what would come next. But before I had to make any big decisions, I wanted to enjoy every last moment of freedom; that’s why when I saw All Summers End, I knew it was the perfect movie for me.

In All Summers End, Tye Sheridan plays a teenage boy who is struggling with the idea of growing up and leaving his childhood behind. His problem is compounded by the fact that his father has recently died, and he is struggling to cope with his grief as well as the changes in his life that come with adulthood.

The thing I love most about All Summers End is how real it feels. From the characters and their struggles to the locations and cinematography, it really captures what it’s like to be a teenager on the cusp of adulthood. The story also tackles some tough issues without getting too heavy-handed – which can often be a risk with coming-of-age films.

As for performances, Tye Sheridan does an incredible job playing Connor, the main character. He conveys all of Connor’s emotions effectively, from sadness to frustration to joy. And Kaitlyn Dever is equally impressive as Jessie, the girl who helps Connor navigate through his difficult time.

All Summers End is definitely one of those movies that will stay with you long after you’ve seen it. It’s a beautiful exploration of youth, loss, and change – one that will leave you feeling inspired and reflective about your own life. If you’re looking for an honest coming-of-age movie experience, this one is worth checking out!

What I don’t Like

1. Slow-paced and overly-melodramatic storyline
2. Inconsistent tone throughout the movie
3. Lackluster performances from supporting characters
4. Unsatisfying conclusion to the story
5. Some scenes are too gratuitously violent
