Once upon a time, there lived a family of bears named the Berenstain Bears. They lived in a beautiful tree house deep in the forest. One day, as Mama and Papa Bear were getting ready for bed, they heard a loud noise coming from outside.

Curious, they both looked out their window and saw a small creature running around their treehouse. It was Brother Bear! He had been playing with his friends outside when he heard Mama and Papa talking about The Berenstain Bears and the Truth.

Out of curiosity, Brother Bear asked them what it was all about. After explaining that it’s a book that helps kids learn how to be honest and tell the truth, Papa Bear decided to read it aloud to Brother Bear before bedtime.

Brother Bear listened intently as Papa read about honesty, integrity, and courage. As he finished reading the story, Brother Bear was filled with admiration for the Berenstain Bears who always told the truth even when it was difficult.
