I had been hearing about Peter Watts’ book, Blindsight, for months and I was finally excited to crack it open. Little did I know that I was in for the most thrilling ride of my life!

In Blindsight, Watts creates a world full of adventure and mystery. He tells the story of a crew of four space explorers sent to investigate an alien artifact that has suddenly appeared near Jupiter. With them is a creature known as “Sight”, a synthetic organism that can see things beyond human comprehension.

As the crew faces danger after danger in their mission, Sight begins to show them glimpses of what lies beyond our own understanding. The story takes us through dark corners of space, giving us a peek into the unknown.
