I don’t know what I was expecting when I bought 10 Cloverfield Lane (Blu-ray), but I certainly wasn’t expecting it to be as tense, thrilling and suspenseful as it turned out to be. The movie follows Michelle, a woman who is forced to take shelter in an underground bunker with two strangers after her car breaks down. She soon discovers that the bunker is actually part of a sinister secret experiment, and she must find a way to escape before it’s too late.

The acting from John Goodman and Mary Elizabeth Winstead was absolutely phenomenal, making it easy for me to get absorbed in the story. The script was also well-written, giving each character dynamic personalities that made them all the more believable. And the special effects were top-notch, creating a truly eerie atmosphere. Overall, 10 Cloverfield Lane is an unforgettable experience that kept me on the edge of my seat until the very end!
