Who are They for

Clue is a classic board game that has been around for decades. It has been enjoyed by families and friends alike as they work together to solve the mystery of who committed the crime. Clue is a great way to bring people together for a fun evening of detective work, strategy and problem solving. The game includes six character cards (including Mrs. White, Mr. Green, Miss Scarlet, Professor Plum, Colonel Mustard and Mrs. Peacock), nine weapon cards (can opener, candlestick, knife, lead pipe, revolver, rope, spanner/wrench, trophy and poison) and nine room cards (ballroom, billiard room, conservatory, dining room, hallway, kitchen, library lounge and study). Players must use their wits to identify which suspect committed the crime in which room with which weapon. With so many possibilities to choose from it can be difficult to determine who is guilty!

The game requires players to think logically and make deductions based on the clues they find. The object of the game is to be the first player to correctly guess the three elements of the crime: who did it, where it was done and what weapon was used. Players must move around the board gathering clues from each room in order to determine the answer to this mystery. In addition to providing hours of entertainment for all ages Clue sharpens deductive reasoning skills as players attempt to beat their opponents at solving the crime.

My Experience for Clue

Ray Cooley

I was so excited when I found out that I can buy Clue on Amazon! At first, I was a bit skeptical about it – after all, who knows what kind of game I’m going to get? But boy, was I in for a surprise!

Clue is an awesome board game that has been around for decades, and it still feels as exciting to play today as it did when I was a kid. The game is simple and easy to learn, but there’s enough strategy involved to keep adults entertained too. You basically have to figure out “who dunnit” and you have limited information with which to do so.

The thing I love most about Clue is that it’s always different. Every time you play you can mix up the characters, weapons, and rooms making each game unique. This means you never get bored of playing the same thing over and over again. There are also lots of strategies and tactics that you can use to try to win the game – making it even more fun!

Overall, if you’re looking for a classic board game that is fun for everyone then Clue should definitely be your go-to choice! It’s sure to provide hours of entertainment and bring people together – just like it did for me!

What I don’t Like

1. The game board is made of a thin card stock, which can be easily damaged.
2. Rules are not included in the box.
3. Certain pieces, such as the cards and weapons, are quite small and may be difficult to handle.
4. Game play can be slow at times, with some players feeling that it drags on for too long.
5. The number of players is limited to six and there is no option for playing with fewer people.

How to Play a Winning Round of Clue

Clue is an iconic board game that has been delighting players for decades. With Eileen Brennan’s Classic Clue Game, you can bring the classic whodunit game to your home. To win a round of Clue, you must be able to answer three questions: Who committed the crime, what weapon was used, and where did it take place? Here are some tips on how to play Clue like a pro.

Gather Information During Your Turn

During your turn, roll the dice and move around the board collecting clues. You can use this time to your advantage by asking other players about any cards they may have seen or heard about. For example, if you land on a room with another player in it, ask them what cards they have seen that relates to that room. The more information you can gather during your turn, the better equipped you will be when making a suggestion or accusation.

Make Accusations Strategically

When you make an accusation, you want it to be accurate and well thought out. Before making any accusations, take stock of all the information you have collected up until this point. Also consider which cards are still in the deck and which ones have already been revealed. Doing so will help you narrow down your list of suspects, weapons, and locations and make an educated guess about who committed the crime and with what weapon in which room.

Don’t Waste Time Making Suggestions

Making suggestions is important for gathering information but don’t waste too much time doing so. When making a suggestion, try to include one card from each category (suspect, weapon, and location). This way, you can get as much information as possible from other players in the shortest amount of time.

Playing Eileen Brennan’s Classic Clue Game requires strategy and deduction skills. By following these tips, you will be able to solve the mystery faster and become the ultimate clue master!
