– A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
If you believe your content has been wrongly removed due to an error regarding a claim of copyright infringement, please provide our designated copyright agent with a written counter notice containing all of the following information:
– Your physical or electronic signature;
– Identification of the material removed or disabled and its location before removal;
– A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that removal was based on mistake or misidentification;
– Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to jurisdiction in Federal District Court for judicial district in which your address is located (or if you reside outside United States for any judicial district in which Company may be found) and will accept service from process from either party initiating an action; and
– A statement that you will take all reasonable steps necessary for us promptly notify complaining party who submitted original infringement complaint about your counter notice.
Upon receipt of a valid counter notification satisfying these requirements, we will forward it to complainant who submitted original DMCA notice informing them about counter notice submission within 10 business days as required by U.S.C § 512(g)(2). Please note that when providing counter notice pursuant this DMCA Policy we may disclose your personal information including name address and other identifying information provided in counter notices unless you expressly request us not do so under penalty perjury. If we do not receive instructions from you then we will assume no obligation maintain confidentiality in response DMCA complaint filed against your content.
We also reserve right terminate user accounts after repeated violations terms this DMCA Policy even if no formal legal action taken against user account infringing content remains available publically through link posted elsewhere on internet even after takedown process completed successfully.
Team Website reserves right modify update revise add change otherwise amend this DMCA Policy any time without prior notice by posting revised version along effective date revision on this page http://www.guides100.com.com/dmca along with supplemental policies related thereto including but limited Terms Service Privacy Policy Acceptable Use Policy etc. It shall Users responsibility review periodically changes made this policy continued use Services shall constitute acceptance revisions unless explicitly stated otherwise hereinabove mentioned policies sui generis documents posted hereunder shall apply retroactively with respect all disputes brought forthbefore effective date revising amendment made hereinabove mentioned policies documents whereof User shall remain bound until User terminates Services agreement entered into with Team Website through deactivation closure User Account whichever applicable .
