How to Make a Delicious Cake with Duff (DVD + Digital)
Making a delicious cake can be easier than you think. With Duff (DVD + Digital), you can learn how to make the perfect cake every time. Duff’s expert chefs provide step-by-step instructions for making cakes for any occasion, from birthdays and anniversaries to weddings and showers.
To start, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Then gather all the necessary ingredients. For most cakes, this includes eggs, butter, sugar, flour, baking powder, vanilla extract and salt. Once you have all the ingredients ready, it’s time to get started!
Follow the instructions from the Duff DVD. Begin by creaming together the butter and sugar until they are light and fluffy. When done correctly, this will create an airy mixture that forms the base of your cake. Next, add in your eggs one at a time while continuing to beat the batter. Finally, add in your dry ingredients, such as flour, baking powder and salt. Mix everything together until it forms a smooth batter.
Once your batter is ready, pour it into a greased pan or cake tin and place it in the oven. Bake according to the instructions on the DVD and once done, let cool before serving. Enjoy your homemade cake!
