My Experience for Giraffes Can’t Dance

Lloyd Kaufman

Once upon a time, there lived a giraffe who wanted to dance. He tried and tried, but no matter how hard he tried, his long legs wouldn’t let him. He was so embarrassed that he refused to even try anymore.

But then one day, he stumbled upon the book Giraffes Can’t Dance. As he read the pages, he found himself filled with hope and inspiration and decided to give dancing another chance.

He started practicing in secret, watching the birds and other animals as they danced in the meadow. Slowly but surely, he began to get the hang of it. He soon became an amazing dancer!

The other animals were amazed at how graceful and beautiful his moves were. Everyone was clapping and cheering for him – even the lion, who had previously been so mean to him!

The giraffe was so happy that he had taken a chance and persevered. Thanks to Giraffes Can’t Dance, he now knew that anything is possible if you believe in yourself!

What I don’t Like

1. The illustrations are not particularly vibrant, and some readers may find them a bit too cartoonish.
2. The story is quite basic, and there isn’t much of a moral or lesson to be learned from it.
3. It is not very engaging for older children, as the text and pictures are fairly simple.
4. It does not contain any interactive elements, such as games or puzzles.
