I’m so excited for my new purchase of Girlfriends: The Complete Series. I’ve been a fan of the show since it first aired and now I can watch all the episodes in one go!

I just finished watching all nine seasons and I must say that it was an emotional rollercoaster. From Joan’s marriage to William, to Lynn’s relationship with Jeff, and Toni’s career struggles – there were times when I found myself laughing out loud, others when I was moved to tears.

Girlfriends is such a timeless show, with amazing performances from Tracee Ellis Ross, Golden Brooks, Persia White, and Jill Marie Jones. It really captures the complexities of relationships between women and how they navigate through life.

The series also touches on important social issues like racism and sexism. Plus, each episode has some great music by artists like R Kelly, Alicia Keys and India Arie.
