My Experience for Hunt for the Wilderpeople

Ray Cooley

I recently watched Hunt For The Wilderpeople, and it was one of the funniest movies I’ve seen in a while! It’s a story about a rebellious teenage boy, Ricky, who is sent to live with his Aunt Bella and Uncle Hec in rural New Zealand. Little does he know that these two will be some of the most important people in his life.

When Ricky gets into trouble with the law, he and Uncle Hec are forced to go on the run into the bush. What follows is an epic journey full of laughs, adventure, and heartwarming moments.

The movie stars Sam Neill and Julian Dennison as Uncle Hec and Ricky respectively, and they’re both excellent in their roles. Even though it’s a comedy, there are still some serious themes addressed throughout the movie.

But what I loved most about Hunt For The Wilderpeople was its unique sense of humor; it had me laughing out loud at several points. It’s also got some great action sequences that really add to the thrill of the chase.

If you’re looking for a funny but heartfelt movie experience, then I highly recommend Hunt For The Wilderpeople. You won’t be disappointed!

What I don’t Like

1. Not suitable for children due to strong language and adult themes.
2. Humor may not be appreciated by some viewers.
3. Some areas of the movie can be confusing for younger audiences.
4. Characters don’t always make wise decisions.
5. Some plot points are unresolved at the end of the movie.
6. Not enough focus on characters’ backstory or development.
