My Experience for Jurassic Park (1993)

Ray Cooley

It was such an adventure when I first watched Jurassic Park, the 1993 classic directed by Steven Spielberg. It had everything a child could want: dinosaurs, action, chills, and thrills. From the moment it started, I couldn’t take my eyes off the screen.

The story revolves around a group of scientists who travel to Isla Nublar to explore a theme park filled with cloned dinosaurs. When they arrive, they are greeted by a cast of characters that includes Dr. Alan Grant (Sam Neill), Dr. Ellie Sattler (Laura Dern), and John Hammond (Richard Attenborough). As they explore the island and its creatures, they soon discover that the park is in danger of being overrun by its own inhabitants.

I was on the edge of my seat as I watched these adventurers face their challenges head-on and battle against time to save the park from destruction. Watching the dinosaurs come alive onscreen was truly magical, and I felt like I was right there with them as they fought for survival. The special effects were amazing for their time, bringing the creatures to life in a way that was both exciting and realistic.

It’s been over 25 years since Jurassic Park first premiered, but it still stands as one of my favorite movies of all time. Its combination of suspenseful plot, incredible visuals, and memorable characters made it an instant classic that will live on forever. To this day, I can still feel the excitement when I think back on my first viewing experience – it’s an unforgettable experience that no other movie has been able to match!

What I don’t Like

1. Highly intense scenes and language, which may be unsuitable for younger viewers.
2. Special effects that are outdated by modern standards.
3. Some characters lack depth, making it difficult to connect with them emotionally.
4. The story is a bit slow-paced in parts, which can be off-putting to some viewers.
5. The CGI creatures look unrealistic at times.
6. Some of the jokes feel a bit forced or dated.
