My Experience for London Has Fallen

Ray Cooley

I recently watched London Has Fallen and it was the most thrilling movie I’ve seen in a while. From the moment Gerard Butler stepped onto screen, I knew I was in for an intense ride.

The movie follows Mike Banning, an ex-Secret Service agent who is tasked with protecting the U.S. President (Aaron Eckhart) during a visit to London to attend the funeral of Britain’s Prime Minister. Little do they know that the city is under siege and they are being hunted by terrorists.

It’s an action packed movie that had me on edge from start to finish. The fight scenes were incredible, especially when you consider how outnumbered Mike Banning was. He showed us all what true bravery looks like as he single-handedly took on dozens of terrorists to protect the President and save London from chaos.

At times it was almost too much to handle, but thankfully there were plenty of funny moments sprinkled throughout the film to lighten the mood. Morgan Freeman provided some much needed comic relief as Speaker Trumbull and Angela Bassett also added her own brand of wit as Secret Service Director Lynne Jacobs.

If you’re looking for a movie filled with nonstop action, suspense and a few laughs, then London Has Fallen is definitely worth watching!

What I don’t Like

1. Plot is Predictable: London Has Fallen follows the same formula as its predecessor, Olympus Has Fallen (2013).
2. Unrealistic Action Scenes: The action scenes in the movie are over-the-top and unrealistic.
3. Poor Character Development: The characters in the movie don’t have much depth or development, making it difficult to connect with them.
4. Poor Cinematography: The cinematography in the movie is uninspired and doesn’t do justice to the story.
5. Lack of Tension: The tension in the movie is lacking, which makes it difficult to become invested in what’s happening on screen.
