My Experience for Look Who’s Talking

Ray Cooley

I recently watched Look Who’s Talking and it was one of the funniest movies I’ve ever seen! It stars the amazing Olympia Dukakis as Mollie, a single mother trying to raise her son Mikey (voiced by Bruce Willis).

One of my favorite scenes is when Mollie and Mikey are in the supermarket with Mollie’s friend, Albert(John Travolta). Mikey begins talking about all sorts of random things, like why adults wear clothes and why kids have to go to school. Of course, this leads to some pretty funny conversations between the three of them.

Another scene that stands out for me is when Mikey has a nightmare about monsters coming out of the TV. He wakes up screaming and Albert comes in to try and comfort him. I loved how he managed to make Mikey feel better without making fun of him or telling him to “Man up”.

Overall, Look Who’s Talking was an incredibly enjoyable movie that I would highly recommend. It has a great balance between comedy and heartwarming moments and I think everyone can relate to something in it. Plus, it’s always nice to see Olympia Dukakis take center stage!

What I don’t Like

Product Disadvantages:
1. Some viewers may feel the movie is dated due to its 1980s setting and style.
2. The film is light on plot and heavy on gags, which may not be everyone’s cup of tea.
3. Some of the jokes are too juvenile for an adult audience.
4. There are a few scenes that show acts of violence, which can make it unsuitable for children under 13.
