But, boy, did I get a surprise when I saw how everything worked behind the counter! The staff at In-N-Out Burger are so passionate about serving their customers the best burgers, fries and shakes. Every detail is taken care of – from the preparation of the food to the way that orders are served with a smile. It made me feel like I was part of something special and important. The best part about working at In-N-Out Burger is that you get to learn all kinds of tips and tricks to make sure that your customers get the perfect burger every time. From how to assemble the perfect double-double to adding just the right amount of spread on each bun, I soon became an expert in making burgers the In-N-Out way. There’s nothing quite like seeing happy customers enjoy their meal after they’ve been served by us.
