My travel to Thailand was truly amazing and unforgettable. Pok Pok Stories: Food and Travel from the Streets of Thailand had made it even more special. From the hustle and bustle of street food stalls to the majestic temples, I experienced some of the most unique flavors and cultures that Thailand has to offer.
First, I visited the night markets. There, I sampled a variety of dishes like Pad Thai, Tom Yum Soup, Som Tam (papaya salad), and Khao Soi (coconut curry). All of these dishes were incredibly delicious – it’s no wonder why they’re so popular!
Then I went on to explore some of the traditional restaurants in Bangkok. One of my favorite meals was at a restaurant called Pok Pok. This place specializes in Northern Thai cuisine. The food was absolutely amazing – from their pork larb to the kai yang (grilled chicken) – everything was cooked perfectly.
