The acclaimed novel follows two brothers, Eli and Charlie Sisters, tasked with a dangerous mission to track down and murder a prospector in California. Loosely based on an actual set of siblings, the Sisters’ journey takes them across the untamed frontier of 1850s America, populated by hardened criminals, corrupt lawmen, and gold-hungry prospectors. My Experience for The Sisters Brothers

Lloyd Kaufman

I recently read The Sisters Brothers by Patrick deWitt and I was absolutely blown away! It’s a fantastic tale of two brothers, Eli and Charlie Sisters, who are hired gunslingers in the Wild West during the 1850s.

The story follows the brothers on their quest to find a man named Hermann Kermit Warm, whom they have been tasked with killing.
