I’m sure that I’m not the only one who’s been waiting for the release of Suicide Squad (Extended Cut) [Blu-ray Digital HD with UltraViolet], and it finally arrived! After watching the theatrical version, I knew that I had to check out the extended cut.

It didn’t disappoint. Not only did the extended cut provide some much needed extra insight into the characters, but it also provided over 20 minutes of additional scenes. It was crazy to see how much more backstory there was for some of my favorite characters. And I also got a better understanding of why they were doing what they were doing.

The UltraViolet digital copy that comes with this Blu-ray is also a real bonus. This means that no matter where I am, I can take my favorite DC movie with me and watch it on any device. Now, when I’m on vacation, or just hanging with friends at their place, I won’t have to worry about missing a second of this killer story.
