The recipes in this book were unlike anything I had ever seen before. They weren’t your average ground beef tacos with a sprinkle of cheddar cheese. Instead, they were creative and modern takes on tacos that really took my taste buds to a new level. There were Parsnip-Noodle Tacos, Mushroom Ceviche Tacos, and even Spicy Chocolate Mole Tacos. Every recipe was more delicious than the last!
