This Visit DVD is a truly unique horror experience. Starring Olivia DeJonge and Ed Oxenbould, it tells the story of two siblings who visit their grandparents’ home only to discover that something isn’t quite right about the place. The acting is superb, and the atmosphere created by director M. Night Shyamalan is one of suspense and dread. With its eerie score and clever camera work, The Visit will keep you on the edge of your seat until the very end. Pros include strong performances from all the actors, effective use of suspense and horror elements, and an overall great story. Despite some minor flaws, this DVD is well worth a watch.
