The original version of Pinkerton was released in 1996 and was met with mixed reviews. It quickly gained a cult following, however, becoming one of Weezer’s most beloved albums despite its commercial failure at the time. Now, two decades later, it has been re-released as a 2 CD Deluxe Edition featuring remastered audio and a wealth of bonus material.
This edition features the original 10-track album on disc one, remastered for the first time since its initial release. Disc two contains all of the b-sides, demos and alternate versions from the era. In total, there are 25 tracks spanning over 80 minutes of music.
