My Experience for Wayside School Boxed Set: Sideways Stories from Wayside School
I remember when my parents first got me the Wayside School Boxed Set: Sideways Stories from Wayside School! I was so excited to dive into all of the strange and exciting tales that awaited me.
One of my favorite stories that I read in this collection was about Mrs. Gorf, the meanest teacher at Wayside School. She was always turning her students into apples! But Mrs. Jewls had a plan to save them – she put them in alphabetical order and called out their names one by one until they were all back to normal again. It was such a relief when everyone was safe and sound again!
Another story I loved from this collection was about John who could jump higher than anyone else in school. He could jump so high, he even reached the 30th story of Wayside School! He became friends with all the kids who lived there and had so much fun playing with them every day.
I also enjoyed reading about Sharie, the fastest runner in school. She raced against a cheetah and won! She was even faster than lightning!
My experience with the Wayside School Boxed Set: Sideways Stories from Wayside School has been nothing short of amazing. I’ve laughed, cried and been filled with awe as I read through each story. It’s an incredible collection of stories that will stay with me for years to come!
What I don’t Like

3. Stories are structured in an unconventional format, which can be confusing for some readers.
4. Some readers may find the humor to be too sophisticated for their age group.
5. Not suitable for children younger than 9 due to the dark nature of some stories.
