My Experience for The Woman They Could Not Silence

Lloyd Kaufman

The Woman They Could Not Silence was an incredible story for me. I was astounded by the courage and resilience of Amelia Earhart. She felt a calling to soar above the clouds and blaze her own unique trail, and she did so despite the odds being stacked against her.

I found myself entranced by her captivating spirit and heroic acts of bravery. Never before had a woman attempted something like this. In spite of all the obstacles in her way, she never gave up on her dreams.

I was inspired by Amelia Earhart’s courage and determination as she became the first female aviator to fly solo across the Atlantic Ocean. Her inspirational story is one that will stay with me forever, and I am grateful that it has been immortalized in this book.

It’s hard to imagine what the world would be like without Amelia Earhart’s legacy inspiring us today. She showed us that anything is possible when we put our minds to it and never give up on our dreams!

What I don’t Like

1. Lack of detail regarding the lives of the women and their experiences in public office
2. Limited evidence for some claims made about key historical figures and events
3. Fails to provide a comprehensive overview of the role of women in American politics
4. No in-depth analysis of the gender dynamics at play throughout the book
5. Little focus on how modern movements such as #MeToo and the Women’s March have built upon earlier struggles for gender equality
6. Inconsistent writing style, which can make it difficult for readers to follow the narrative and keep track of characters and plot points
